The Technical Regulations establish requirements for the safety of coal extraction, processing, storage and transportation. The purpose of this Code is to ensure that all petroleum wells, coal seam gas wells and associated bores are constructed, maintained and abandoned to a minimum acceptable standard resulting in long-term well integrity, containment of petroleum and the protection of groundwater resources. The Notice regulates the electricity tariff (feed-in tariff) for generators producing electricity from household waste and coal. The FIT for electricity from waste is 0.65 yuan per. The tariff for electricity from coal equals to local coal-generated electricity tariff.
