GB/T 50378-2014 Green Building Evaluation Standard

This green building evaluation standard presents an amendment to the original green building evaluation standard issued in 2006 (GB/T 50378-2006). It is applicable to both residential buildings and public buildings, and specifies criteria relating to the:

• Outdoor environmental quality

• water conservation and water resource use


• material efficiency and material resource use

• others

Amendments to the previous standard include:

• Changes to evaluation methodology and weighting of indexes


• Additional category of construction mangement


• Clarifying the evaluation of multi-purpose buildings
