Utilization of Locally Produced Bioethanol in the Production of E-Gasoline Consistent With the Biofuels Act Of 2006

This Circular shall provide the guidelines to Bioethanol Producers and Oil Companies on the matter of utilization of locally-produced bioethanol in the production of E-Gasoline, and in the event of shortage, the necessary importation of bioethanol.
