GB21455-2013: The minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for variable speed room air conditioners

Applies to air-cooling condenser, completely closed type with variable electric motor-compressor type AC, whose cooling capacity is below 14000W and climate type is T1. Does NOT apply to portable, fixed speed or multi-connected types of ACs.

 

Split type:  

• CC = 4500: SEER for AC 4.30, APF for HP 3.50; standby power < 3
• 4500 < CC = 7100: SEER for AC 3.90, APF for HP 3.30;
• 7100 < CC = 14000: SEER for AC 3.50, APF for HP 3.10

 

CC= cooling capacity expressed in W

SEER= seasonal energy efficiency ratio

APF= annual performance factor
