GB 21455-2008: The minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for variable speed room air conditioners

This standard applies to air-cooled condensor, completely closed type with variable electric motor-compressor type AC, whose cooling capacity is below 14000W and climate type is T1. Does NOT apply to portable, fixed speed or multi-connected types of Acs.

 

Split type:  

• CC  = 4500: SEER 3.00;  
• 4500 < CC = 7100: SEER 2.90;
• 7100 < CC = 14000: SEER 2.80

 

CC= cooling capacity expressed in W

SEER= seasonal energy efficiency ratio
