Law regarding the promotion of the production and use of biofuels and other renewable fuels for transport

The law sets the regulatory framework for the reduction of emissions in the transport sector. 
It notably sets a gradual increase in mandate for biofuel blending requirement in gasoline in diesel between 2011 and 2015. From 2015 onwards, a mandate of 10% is enforced.
