Stamp Duty Tax exemption for electric vehicle manufacturers

In 2024, the Ugandan Parliament is discussing an amendment to the Stamp Duty Bill which would Stamp provide a Stamp Duty Tax exemption to electric vehicle manufacturers employing 80 percent of Ugandans and meeting environmental and socio-economic criteria.
