Decree No. 299/2017 on the feed-in tariff for renewable electricity and the premium tariff

The decree introduces feed-in premiums as "Green Premium" to support the development of small-scale installation. 
Plants with a capacity between 0.5-1 MW are eligible for the green premium without tendering. 
This includes Solar energy,  geothermal, biogas, hydropower and biomass.
