Regime for the Production and Sustainable Use of Biofuels

Both Law 26.093 - 2006 and Law 26.334 - 2007 promotes the production and use of biofuels by establishing subsidies and tax incentives to boost the development of biofuels industry, including the production of biodiesel and bioethanol.
