Support for decarbonising the economy

The Renovation Campaign offers national funding für households to insulate their buildings to reduce energy and replace fossil heating systems to decarbonise the room heating in Austria. With the financial package of the 2023-2025 budget in Austria about 224.000 projects had been registered with a funding budget of 3,65 billion Euro, more than 130.000 had been implemented until end of 2024. with the aim to support the decarbonisation of room heating in its economy until 2040. New money will be allocated for a funding period from 2026 to 2030 after fixing the national budget.
