Electricity Subsidy

The Malaysian government subsidised electricity from 1st July to 31st December 2023 to compensate for the price increase brought by the global energy crisis. The measure targetted domestic consumers with a monthly electricity consumption of 1,500 kWh or below, small and medium enterprises and energy intensive companies.
