Green Deals
…society and government to tackle specific obstacles in green growth related projects. Citizens, companies, local councils and stakeholder organisations are continually finding their own ways of being more energy efficient and sustainable, but may encounter obstacles that may require governmental assistance. In specific cases therefore covenants are agreed upon between parties and government to try to deal with these issues. Green deals involve sustainability projects and actions and may relate to energy, water, bio based economy, food, mobility, scarce resources, biodiversity, building practice and/or non-energy climate related issues. Each deal is described more in detail on the website.

Standardised energy savings certificate (CEE) operation sheets
…French Energy Savings Certificates (Certificats d’économies d’énergie – CEE) scheme as of January 1st, 2025, to support the deployment of electric vehicles. These sheets define eligible actions and corresponding energy savings, allowing obligated parties (mainly energy suppliers) to offer financial incentives or “CEE bonuses” to beneficiaries. The new operations include the purchase or long-term lease of new electric vehicles (both light and heavy-duty), as well as electric retrofit operations. These measures are accessible to private individuals, legal entities, and local authorities, and aim to reduce the upfront cost of electric mobility by leveraging the energy savings generated.

Ladeinfrastruktur (LADIN)
The LADIN funding programme, managed by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Climate Action (BMK), aims to accelerate the development of publicly accessible fast-charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Austria. It focuses particularly on underserved areas along secondary road networks to ensure broader accessibility to zero-emission mobility. The programme provides financial support—covering up to 60% of eligible investment costs—for the construction of charging stations and related infrastructure. With an initial budget of €7 million, LADIN is part of Austria’s comprehensive strategy to promote sustainable transport and complements other…
