Research and development on hydrogen

PNRR measure (M2C2, Measure 3; investment 3.5). The measure aims to improve knowledge of hydrogen-related technologies in all phases (production, storage and distribution), experiment and create prototypes for the industrialization phase to progressively reduce costs and increase competitiveness. The planned interventions are:
• production of green and clean hydrogen;
• development of technologies for storage and transport and for transformation into other derivatives and green fuels;
• development of fuel cells and mobility applications;
• improvement of the resilience and reliability of hydrogen-based infrastructures
