In the second round of Dutch-French government consultations, representatives of the two governments released this statement signalling their joint commitment to increasing energy security and sustainability in the European Union and to reducing dependence on critical minerals. "France 2030" Investment Plan- Hydrogen sector funding

As part of the France 2030 national investment plan, the French government will invest EUR 1 billion in renewable energy innovation projects. France 2030 is a national investment plan endowed with EUR 34 billion, which includes EUR 30 billion in subsidies and EUR 4 billion in funding schemes to be deployed over 5 years. France’s “MaPrimeRénov” Programme
…date for energy efficient building retrofits, amounting to EUR 570 million. Despite the Covid crisis, more than 140 000 MaPrimeRénov’ grants were delivered that year. Since 1 January 2021, the tax credit is no longer available and MaPrimeRénov has been extended thanks to the France Relance plan for all homeowners and landlords, including co-owners in collective buildings.
