France and Argentina signed a letter of intent that seeks to establish the mining sector as a strategic priority in the economic relationship between the two countries, framed within the shared desire to build a modern, sustainable, and exemplary mining industry. The letter of intent pursues three objectives:

• To accelerate investment projects by French companies.
