Electrification in three districts and three states and border villages
The government completed the transformation and upgrading of rural power grids in China's "three districts and three states" and border villages. Over three years, the project involved 11 provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, benefiting 25.42 million people. In the past three years, 35.7 billion yuan of central budget investment in the transformation of rural power grids had been invested in poor areas, of which 22.28 billion yuan was invested in the "three districts and three states" areas, accounting for 62.4 percent.

GB 30510-2014 on fuel consumption limits for heavy duty vehicles
First mandatory standard for fuel consumption of heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs) in China following phase 1 of the voluntary standard from 2012 to 2014.From 1 July 2014, all new straight trucks, tractors, and buses/coaches have to comply with the standards and are required to reduce their fuel consumption by about 10.5% to 14% compared to the Stage 1 baseline.

Suspension of solar polysilicon imports for the processing trade
