Subsidy programme for electrolysis
Luxembourg’s Ministry of the Economy launched a €110 million call for projects to boost domestic renewable hydrogen production as part of its energy transition strategy.The initiative offers:Investment aid covering up to 45% of eligible CAPEX;Operational aid capped at €7/kg of hydrogen, with a €3/kg bonus for additional renewable energy capacity installed under the scheme.The goal is to support the installation of approximately 12 MW of electrolysis capacity. National aid is capped at €30 million per project and can be combined with EU funding.

Subsidy scheme to develop cogeneration from municipal biogas
The Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment, the Consultative Council of the Modernization Fund and the European Investment Bank approved a subsidy programme with a total allocation of PLN 1.5 billion to co-finance the development of cogeneration with municipal biogas in the form of grant or loans covering 50% or 100% of eligible costs respectively. The programme supports the construction of new, extension or modernization of existing installations for the fermentation of municipal organic waste and the use of the obtained biogas to generate energy through high-efficiency cogeneration. Subsidy Scheme for Electric Passenger Cars
The Subsidy Scheme for Electric Passenger Cars is intended to incentivize new and used electric vehicle purchases. Purchase or lease agreements of these cars on or after June 4, 2020 are eligible for subsidy. Cars must be 100% electric, of at least 120 km, and the car must be produced as an electric passenger car and not converted into an electric car. Subsidy for Czech electricity TSO ČEPS
The Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade will provide a subsidy of CZK 22.7 billion to the Czech electricity transmission system operator ČEPS to cover increased costs of electricity procured to cover energy losses in the transmission system and for ensuring system services. The subsidy aims at shielding final consumers from an increase in electricity transmission costs.
