Energi21, the national strategy for research and development of new energy technology, was adopted in 2008 on the initiative of the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (MPE) as the national RD&D strategy for the Norwegian energy sector. 2026 Summit on Clean Cooking in Africa
Event Postponed
In light of ongoing uncertainties and evolving circumstances that may affect the ability of key stakeholders to travel and participate fully in the Summit, this event has been postponed to a later date. The co-chairs and co-organisers will hold a high-level virtual session on 9 July, which will be broadcast on IEA digital channels.

The CO2 Reduction Action Plan was presented on 3 May 2006 by the Minister of Environment, introducting multi-sectoral measures targeting emissions reductions.

-reforming building code regulations concerning thermal insulation
