Green hydrogen roadmap
The roadmap outlines a vision for integrating renewable hydrogen in the national energy mix. The roadmap identifies 16 milestones across three phases (feasibility and demonstration in 2024-2027, deployment in 2028-2035, and expansion and integration in 2036-2050). Targets include 0.5-1 GW of electrolysis by 2027, 1.2-3 GW by 2028 and 3-6 GW by 2036. Investment needs for the across the three phases are USD 6.2-13.5 billion.
