Production target of 0.1-0.5 Mtpa by 2030 and 10-20 Mtpa by 2050. 2030 targets are mostly around research and demonstration with 2050 focused on deployment. Most targets are qualitative except for hydrogen production. Identifies 7 pillars for actions and 9 types of stakeholders
