EV Infrastructure Charging Program (ADVENIR)
In 2016, the ADVENIR program was launched to allow the financing of private charging infrastructure in company car parks and in apartment buildings. The principle is to oblige the energy companies to finance energy savings by obtaining a certificate. These companies can carry out the energy saving measures themselves, purchase certificates from the non-obligated ones, or pay a surtax to the State. The initiative complements the 30 % tax credit on the acquisition of charging systems for individuals. EN 14511-4:2018 - standard on Air Conditioners
This standard applies to air conditioners, liquid chilling packages and heat pumps for space heating and cooling and process chillers, with electrically driven compressors.
The scope of EN 14511 1 is applicable, with the exception of process chillers.
This European Standard specifies minimum operating requirements which ensure that air conditioners, heat pumps and liquid chilling packages using either air, water or brine as heat transfer media, with electrical driven compressors are fit for the use designated by the manufacturer when used for space heating and/or cooling. -
