Minimum technical specifications to improve energy efficiency in new residential buildings and extensions

The decree n°2024-068 establishes the minimum technical specifications for energy saving in construction and extension projects for residential buildings. Buildings must comply with specific thermal performance levels based on their Annual Energy Needs for Thermal Comfort (BECTh), measured in kWh/(m².year).
