National Hydrogen Regulatory Guidebooks

 | The Commonwealth, states and territories will endorse and publish four National Hydrogen Regulatory Guidebooks. Each guidebook will be on one of the following four topics: 
 - Hydrogen production facilities
 - Hydrogen refuelling facilities
 - Hydrogen pipelines
 - Distribution of hydrogen by road
 
 These National Regulatory Guidebooks will provide non-legislative regulatory guidance, to support both the hydrogen industry and regulators to navigate the most significant regulatory barriers facing the corresponding types of hydrogen projects.  All four National Hydrogen Regulatory Guidebooks are anticipated to be published in 2026.
