Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for PCI/PMI projects - 1st call

EUR 250 million across 21 hydrogen projects for development (feasibility and FEED) studies. Projects include hydrogen pipelines, storage, import terminals, and electrolysers. This is part of a broader incentive of EUR 1.2 billion for 41 projects across all technologies. These were Projects of Common Interest (PCI) and Project of Mutual Interest (PMI) proposed under the Trans-European Network for Energy (TEN-E). This is the first call under the revised TEN-E regulation and had a targeted budget of EUR 850 million
