Sustainable Aviation Fuel Revenue Certainty Mechanism

The UK Government has introduced legislation to support sustainable aviation fuel production in the UK through an industry-funded revenue certainty mechanism, to encourage investment in the construction of sustainable aviation fuel plants across the UK. The Bill was introduced on 14 May 2025, with an expectation for legislation to be in place by the end of 2026.
