Hosted by the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero as part of the UK Clean Energy Superpower Mission to achieve Clean Power by 2030 and accelerating to Net Zero by 2050, this high-level event will bring together members of the Global Commission on People-Centred Clean Energy Transitions: Designing for Fairness and other international stakeholders. Participants will present diverse approaches to implementing just clean energy transitions across different contexts, with a focus on inclusive energy planning, jobs and skills development, affordability, and gender equity.
