Oil Emergency Response Act
The Act aims to ensure preparedness in the event of supply interruptions in the oil sector, including the maintenance of emergency stocks of crude oil and oil products, and the collection of data on oil conditions in Denmark. It imposes stockholding obligations on companies importing, exporting or facilitating the entry of crude oil or oil products. Alongside the stocks held by companies, Danish legislation also envisions that part of the Danish stockholding obligation is met by stocks held by the Danish Central Stockholding Entity (CSE). The Act was last amended in 2024.

Baltic Declaration for Offshore Wind Energy
The Baltic Declaration for Offshore Wind Energy aims to accelerate and coordinate activities aimed at using the sea's energy potential. The signatories of the declaration are: Poland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the EU, during the "Pomeranian Offshore Wind Conference" organised by the Polish Wind Energy Association. Greenland Self-Government Act
…by which various responsibilities should be transferred over from Denmark to Greenland. In the area of mineral resources, the Act affirms that all revenues from mineral exploitation in Greenland’s subsoil should accrue to Greenland, unless annual revenue from mineral resources exceeds DKK 75 million in which case the Danish government’s annual subsidy to the Self-Government of Greenland will be reduced according to specific rules. Technology neutral tenders
The European Commission (EC), under its EU State aid rules, approved a EUR 400 million aid for Denmark to develop its electricy production from renewable sources, and will be awarded through a competitive bidding process, organized until 2024.
Denmark intends to meet its renewable energy targets with renewable energy generation sources such as onshore & offshore wind turbines, hydroelectric and wave power plants, and solar PV. -

Multimodal e-mobility connectivity for the Öresund Region (MECOR)
The Action was a study with an associated pilot deployment connecting the two urban nodes of Malmo and Copenhagen as e-mobility hubs. The Action promoted multimodal e-mobility and installed 30 semi-fast charging sites in Denmark and 30 semi-fast charging sites in Sweden, with a total number of 119 charging stations and 238 charging outlets for road vehicles.

Danish Energy Agreement for 2008-2011
The Danish goverment (the Conservatives and Liberals) 21 February 2008 entered into a comprehensive energy agreement with the Social Democrats, Danish Peoples Party, Socialist Peoples Party, Social Liberals and New Alliance on energy policy.The framework agreement aims to lower Denmarks dependence on fossil fuels (coal, oil and gas) through achieving energy savings and renewable energy targets. Law on design of energy-using products
…environmental characteristics to be determined for appliances and energy-using products put on the market in Denmark.
