The Sourcing and parent companies' duty of diligence Act creates a requirement for joint-stock companies that have at least 5,000 employees in France or 10,000 worldwide, either directly or in their subsidiaries, to draw up, implement and publish a due vigilance plan. Sustainable mobility corridors between Portugal and Spain - CIRVE Project 2015-EU-TM-0409-S

Its objective is to increase the use of electric vehicles in these two countries and France under a fully interoperable cross-border framework that allows electric vehicle users to transit from the north of Europe to the Iberian Peninsula, ensuring a link between the southern and northern parts of the EU.
A pilot study will be carried out to deploy 58 multi-standard quick charging points located (40 in Spain, 18 in Portugal) along the Iberian EU Corridors (Mediterranean and Atlantic) with special attention to cross-border areas between Portugal, Spain and France.

Extension of the Law on Reduced VAT for Residential Renewable Energy Equipment
Under the 2003 Finance Law, the reduced VAT rates applying to equipment for renewable energy production and use which is installed in primary or secondary residencies built for more than two years has been extended until 31 December 2003. The VAT rate is 5.5% in France and Corsica and 2.1% in Guadeloupe, Martinique and Reunion. The equipment must be bought from and installed by the same company.
