Definitive Anti-Dumping Duties on imports of certain hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils
In October 2020, the European Union implemented a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils originating in Indonesia, the People’s Republic of China and Chinese Taipei. The anti-dumping duty implemented on imports originating in Indonesia was extended to imports consigned from Turkiye in April 2023.

APEC Joint Statement on Accelerating Methane Mitigation from the LNG Value Chain
The governments of Australia, Canada, Chile, Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Chinese Taipei and the United States signed a joint statement on the margins of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation Senior Officials’ and Ministerial Meetings in Seattle, Washington. The Appointment of Accreditation Agency for Implementing and Monitoring The Mandatory SNI (Ministerial Regulation No. 13/M-IND/PER/1/2015)
Through this regulation, the minister appointed accredited institutions and testing laboratories to implement and monitor mandatory SNIs (Indonesian National Standards) for ACs, Refrigerators, and Washing Machine. They are the following:

Power purchase from solar photovoltaic plants (No. 17/2013)
Ministerial Regulation no 17/2013 was adopted on 12th June 2013 and went into force on the same day. The Regulation introduces solar auction programme in Indonesia.
Maximum price benchmark for power purchase from solar installations is established on the level of USD 0.25/kWh.
For projects using high level of local content (at least 40%), the maximum price benchmark is elevated to USD 0.30/kWh.

Electricity Purchase from Small and Medium Scale Renewable Energy and Excess Power (No. 4/2012)
Ministerial Regulation No 04/2012 on Electricity Purchase from Small and Medium Scale Renewable Energy and Excess Power introduces new differentiated feed-in tariff levels in Indonesia.
Tariff levels are differentiated depending on the installation type, its location and voltage of grid interconnection.
Following technologies benefit from the scheme: Biomass, biogas, municipal waste and hydropower plants below generation capacity of 10 MW.
The Ministerial Regulation does not specify how long eligible renewable plants will benefit from introduced tariff.
State electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PT PLN) is obliged to purchase electricity generated from renewable energy installations.
