Green car - co-financing the purchase of an electric passenger car
The objective of the scheme is to support the purchase of electric vehicles for private use. PLN 37.5 million will be allocated to this programme. Grants are limited to 15% of the eligible costs (< PLN 125 thousand). The budget of this new programme is expected to allow the co-financing of two thousand electric cars.

Support to electric vehicle procurement and charging infrastructure development
The German Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV) is investing EUR 20 million in the procurement of vehicles and the development of charging infrastructure as part of the electromobility funding guideline. A total of 86 projects are approved, 36 of them by municipalities and 50 by companies. The funding is intended to support municipal and commercial fleets such as vehicle fleets, company cars, taxis, mobility and sharing services in an accelerated switch to alternative drives. It will also support the procurement of almost 250 charging points.

2023 efficient and electric vehicle adoption incentives
The French government allocated extended budget outlays to two consumer subsidy schemes promoting the purchase of electric vehicles, or hydrogen-based vehicles (Bonus écologique) or energy-efficient vehicles (prime à la conversion).In addition, a new "social leasing" scheme enabling low-revenue households to rent an electric car for EUR 100/month was implemented from January to mid-February 2024. It was extremely successful, and its budget was swiftly depleted in 2024. A renewal of the scheme is announced for 2025.

Electric Vehicle Import Incentives (Decree No. 268/023)
Through Decree No. 268/023, the deadline for the temporary benefit for investment projects submitted under Decree No. 268/020 is extended until August 31, 2025, for eligible investments in the acquisition of: Passenger vehicles exclusively powered by electric motors with a battery energy density of 100 Wh/kg (one hundred watt-hours per kilogram) or higher.

Electric mobility showcase Program
Since 2012, 130 electric mobility projects were funded by federal and state
governments within six showcase projects in the four showcase regions BadenWürttemberg,
Bavaria-Saxony, Berlin-Brandenburg, and Lower Saxony. The goals
of these projects were to bundle the competencies in electric vehicles, energy
supply and transportation system in regional demonstration and pilot projects.
Most of these projects, which addressed for example research, building up of
charging infrastructure, new mobility concepts, urban development or information
and communication technology (ICT), were concluded by the end of 2015. -

National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP)
The NEMMP 2020 is the National Mission document providing the vision and the roadmap for the faster adoption of xEVs (full range of hybrid and electric vehicles) and their manufacturing in the country.
The National Electric Mobility Mission Plan 2020 (NEMMP 2020) envisages, among other initiatives, encouraging the development of electric vehicles so that by 2020 some 5-10% of vehicles on the road will be electric-powered (6 - 7 million EEvs by 2020)
