KRW 721.8 billion (USD 493 million) allocated by the Ministry of Environment to expand the supply and use of hydrogen-powered vehicles in 2025. Green Deal on Electric Transport 2016-2020 (Green Deal 198)
This strategic plan aims to increase the penetration of electric vehicles in the Netherlands. The aspirational target is that by 2020 10% of newly-sold passenger vehicles should have an electric powertrain. In addition, 75,000 private individuals should be driving an electric car by 2020, with 50,000 of these being second-hand and 25,000 new vehicles. By 2025, the aim is for 50 % of all newly-sold cars to have an electric powertrain. A minimum of 30 % of these, i.e. 15 % of all newly-sold cars, must be Battery Electric Vehicles.

Action plan for retrofitting and upgrading coal-fired power plants (2014 - 2020)
The plan strengthens the energy efficiency and pollutants emission standards applied to coal power plants. The coal power plants with the capacity of over 600 MW are required to achieve the efficiency target of 300g of coal equivalent/kWh by 2020. The coal power plants under construction or planned are required to reach the same level of pollutants emission as natural gas power plants.

National Energy Efficiency Action Plan 2017-2023
The action plan for the period of 2017-2023, is aimed to reduce the primary energy consumption of Turkey by 14% by 2023 through 55 actions defined in 6 categories namely: buildings and services; energy; transport; industry and technology; agriculture; and cross-cutting (horizontal) areas. It is also projected to achieve savings 23.9 mtoe cumulatively by 2023, for which 10.9 billion USD of investment will be made.
