Action Plan for Green Mobility
The Chinese Action Plan for Green Mobility promotes green mobility such as public transport, walking and biking, and aims at reducing passenger vehicle use. It mainly cover cities including municipalities, prefectural cities, public transport priority cities and other cities with a population over 1 million inhabitants. By 2022, 60% of the cities under this Green Mobility plan have to reach green mobility rate over 70%, and public satisfaction over 80%.
