Action Plan for the Development of Low-Potential Renewable and Waste Heat Utilisation
Document focuses on utilising low-grade renewable and waste heat in district heating for example, through large heat pumps, waste heat from industrial processes, wastewater treatment plants, or data centers. It also supports the development of geothermal energy. The use of these heat sources can play a crucial role in decarbonizing the heating sector and reduce our dependence on imported fossil fuels, as well as the need for hydrogen and biomass.
