Policy and R&D (2023 onwards): Initiating research and development efforts alongside foundational policy work to support hydrogen technologies.
National Policy Framework (2023–2024): Establishing a formal regulatory and strategic framework to guide hydrogen development and deployment.
International Collaboration (2023 onwards): Engaging with global partners to share knowledge, align standards, and foster investment.
Infrastructure Development (2028–2035): Building the necessary infrastructure for hydrogen production, storage, transport, and utilization over the long term.
This phased approach aims to create a robust and internationally integrated hydrogen ecosystem. -

This strategic plan, established in 2007, aims to support innovation and the development of clean technologies that bolster a faster energy transition, with a view to EU competitiveness .
