The Montreal Action Plan In the context of the current global energy crisis, we meet today in Montreal at the International Energy Agency’s 11th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency, co-hosted by the IEA and the Government of Canada, to reaffirm the importance of energy efficiency and to discuss how we can scale up energy efficiency efforts.
