Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (KMK 2.04.05-97)
In Uzbekistan several construction regulations were approved and then refined as relates to energy efficiency, energy consumption of buildings and structures and project documentation, including KMK 2.04.05-97 on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
These building codes should be followed when designing heating, ventilation and air conditioning in buildings and structures.
These building codes specify the values of extremely low internal temperatures during non-working hours, normalize the estimated duration of consumption during the year of heat and cold; compulsory use of object or individual regulation of heat supply is regulated; it is recommended to design non-elevator… -

Flanders: grants for solar thermal, micro-CHP and heat pumps
In period 2006-2008, the Flemish regional government offered grants to non-commercial institutions and public entities covering up to 20% of the cost for the purchase and installation of solar thermal equipment. Eligible entities include provincial and municipal government bodies as well as public social centres and recognised religious denominations. Equipment must meet certain quality and efficiency criteria and be installed by a registered contractor. Funding for solar thermal grants are provided up to EUR 200 000 per year. In 2009-2010, the Flemish Energy Agency (VEA) offered grants following the same modalities (20% of costs, up to EUR…

Thermal account
The thermal account incentivizes interventions for energy efficiency in the Public Administration and for the production of thermal energy from renewable sources. The beneficiaries, with funds of 900 million euros per year available, are the Public Administrations, to which 200 million are allocated, and private entities, only for the production of thermal energy from RES, to which 700 million are allocated. The incentive is commensurate with the production of thermal energy from RES or energy savings and is paid as a capital contribution that varies from 40% to 65% of the expenditure incurred. Specifically:- up to 65% for the demolition…
