The figures are expressed in thousand tonnes of oil equivalent (ktoe) and in terajoules (TJ). Conversion factors used to calculate energy balances and indicators (including GDP, population, industrial production index and ratios calculated with the energy data) are also provided. Monthly, quarterly, and annual demand data for seven products in individual OECD and Non-OECD countries with aggregates for selected regions. The dataset starts in January 2005. Data are in thousand barrels per day and include 6-18 month forecasts.This new dataset combines OECD and non-OECD demand data into a single, harmonised dataset including more granularity for non-OECD countries (demand available by product and by month).
