Secretary-General of the International Transport Forum (ITF) at the OECD. Dr. Young Tae Kim is the Secretary-General of the International Transport Forum (ITF) at the OECD. Elected by transport ministers of the ITF member countries in 2017, he was confirmed for a second five-year mandate in 2022. Under the leadership of Secretary-General Kim, the ITF has grown from 59 to 69 member countries and into a truly global organisation with a presence on five continents. Mr. Konstantinos Dimopoulos is an Associate in the Climate Strategy and Delivery unit at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He is responsible for advancing sustainable investments in the Green Buildings and Information and Communication Technology sectors across the Bank’s countries of operation. From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a Sustainable Development Consultant, assisting public sector organizations in Greece to reduce their carbon footprint and transition to sustainable growth. From 2017 to 2021, he worked in the engineering and real estate sectors in London. Mr. Dimopoulos holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
