Forecast revision to liquid biofuel demand growth by fuel, main case, 2025-2030

Notes

ASEAN = Association of Southeast Asian Nations. RoW = rest of world. Demand changes were estimated based on the forthcoming IEA World Energy Outlook 2026 and policy changes to mid-July 2026. Fuel demand changes cover biofuel demand resulting from transport fuel demand differences between IEA forecasts. The forecast revision period covers growth over 2026-2030, since the Renewables 2025 forecast horizon ends in 2030.
