Croatia National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP)
This plan covers five key dimensions: decarbonization (including greenhouse gas emission reduction and renewable energy targets), energy efficiency, energy security, the internal energy market, and research, innovation, and competitiveness. It sets national targets for 2030, such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing the share of RES and energy efficiency, and details the policies and measures planned across various sectors to reach these goals.The plan was revised in 2025 and introduced specific new measures such as the decommissioning of coal power plants and the creation of a program to combat "mobility poverty".

Green Fund for the local acceleration in ecological transitions
…in 2023 a new Green Fund aimed at accelerating clean energy transitions locally. This EUR 2 billion fund granted finance for projects submitted by subnational authorities, notably boosting energy efficiency of public buildings and public lighting, improving waste management and recycling, supporting the development of low-carbon mobility and enhancing air quality in cities through the establishment of "low emission areas" where vehicle traffic is limited. Subsidies for FCEV program (Round 3)
China has allocated CNY 2.34 billion (USD 330 million) in its latest round of funding to support fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) development, bringing the total FCEV program funding to CNY 5.11 billion (USD 700 million) over the past few years. This funding targets seven provinces and three cities, with the top three recipients being Hebei (CNY 793 million), Beijing (CNY 450 million), and Henan (CNY 420 million), reflecting a strong regional push to scale up hydrogen mobility infrastructure and adoption.
