GB/T51141-2015 Evaluation Standard for Green Retrofit of Existing Buildings
The evaluation standard for green retrofit has been put in place due to the extensive building stock in China, which exceeded 50 billion m2 in 2015. Of those existing buildings, about 30-50% had experienced safety failure or deterioration of building functions as well as poor indoor environmental quality.
