Electrification of heat can improve efficiency, help diversify industrial energy, and enhance energy security A broad range of industries that depend primarily on low-temperature heat and steam processes represent roughly 70% of global industrial energy consumption. Ms Zourabichvili served as Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2004-2005 and was elected to its parliament in 2016. The REPowerEU Plan was elaborated by the European Commission at EU leaders' request, in response to the energy market disruption and supply disruptions brought by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Support to airline companies
In order to support the drop in activity due to the Covid-19 crisis, the government of Russia had allocated RUB 23.4 billion to help airline companies in 2020. Conditions are attached to these subsidies: no more than 60% can be used for aviation personnel, 30% for lease payments and 10% for aircraft parking.
