Notice on vehicle and vessel tax reduction for energy saving and new energy automobiles
On 1st January 2012 the Chinese Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified that they will halve vehicle and vessel taxes on the energy saving vehicles and that new energy saving vehicles (including battery electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles) are exempted from vehicle and vessel tax entirely and released a list of eligible vehicle models. The policy and the list of eligible vehicle models has since been renewed and updated, including in particular in 2018 and 2022 with further specification and stringency on vehicle eligibility.

Package for the future - Research and development
Package for the future is a programme designed to help Germany prepare for future challenges such as growing digitalisation and climate change. The programme aims to support research into the development of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, hydrogen power and electric vehicles. In this framework, several measures are implemented:
- Increase of the tax research allowance for innovative companies in Germany, doubling the tax support for research by innovative German companies. Package for the future - Expansion of renewable energies

Funds for green transition of transport 2021
In April and June 2021, the Danish government signed several agreements in order to provide funds towards the transport sector. It includes: - 265 million DKK for co-financing publicly accessible charging infrastructure for electric vehicles - 72 million DKK for co-financing renewable refueling infrastructure for heavy duty vehicles - 50 million DKK for co-financing the transition to zero- and low emission heavy duty vehicles - 3 million DKK for analyzing the use of electric roads (pantographs) for heavy duty vehicles on the Øresund-Fermern belt tunnel. - 233 million DKK for co-financiering the green transition of ferries.

National Roadmap for Hydrogen

The Electromobility Development Plan
…intervention tools. Its basic assumption is the attainment of 1 million electric vehicles in Poland by 2025. An important issue is the launch of projects related to electrification of public transport which are of key importance for reducing transport emissions and improving the air quality in cities.
The government also implemented tax reliefs for excise duties and income tax for zero- and low-emission vehicles. The exemption from the excise duty applies to electric, hydrogen-powered (without a time limit) and plug-in hybrid vehicles with the internal-combustion engine capacity not exceeding 2,000 cm³ (until 31.12.2022). -

WintEVE
…five consortiums of the EVE program of Tekes (the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation). EVE program (Electric Vehicle Systems) is aimed to companies and research institutes that work with electric vehicles and machinery and the components and systems used in them.
WintEVE consortium aims for winter operability for electric vehicles.
The different areas of WintEVE are:
• Developing and implementing an arctic testing environment.
• Building a real time data transfer system for the testing environment.

National Agenda on infrastructure for alternative fuels
Through covenants with regional governments the implementation of zero emission buses in public transport will be expanded. Further enhancement of the use of electric vehicles will be addressed via improving the infrastructure under the National Agenda on infrastructure for alternative fuels ( Nationale Agenda Laadinfrastructuur ).
