GOST R 55012-2012 on Energy efficiency of air-conditioners for household purposes
…applies to household air conditioners operating from the electrical network of a general power supply system (hereinafter referred to as air conditioners). This standard does not apply to air conditioners:working from other energy sources;with steam and water-to-water heat pump;with a cooling capacity of more than 12 kW. The standard specifies the energy efficiency classes of air conditioners, the calculation of the energy efficiency index and the contents of the energy efficiency label attached to each air conditioner. An energy performance label must be attached to each air conditioner and, when displaying an air conditioner put…

Single Package Vertical Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps Energy Efficiency Regulations
A single package vertical air-conditioner means a single package commercial air-conditioner that is air-cooled and encased, with or without heating capability but not a heat pump. A single package vertical heat pump means a single package commercial heat pump that is air-cooled, encased and uses reverse cycle refrigeration as its primary heat source. The major components of both are arranged vertically and are intended for mounting through, or on either side of, an exterior wall. Minimum efficiency requirement Single Package Vertical Air Conditioners (SPVAC) and Heat Pumps (SPVHP), Cooling mode:
