He currently heads the OEMLAC and serves as Technical Advisor to the Executive Secretary of OLADE, leading regional initiatives on energy transition. His work focuses on regulatory frameworks, climate and energy policies, and project implementation for low-carbon development. Leandro Andrade is the director of the Department of Information, Studies and Energy Efficiency at the National Secretary of Energy Transition and Planning of the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Brazil.
