Gastón Siroit is an energy and mining specialist with over twenty years of experience across Latin America and the Caribbean. He currently heads the OEMLAC and serves as Technical Advisor to the Executive Secretary of OLADE, leading regional initiatives on energy transition. His work focuses on regulatory frameworks, climate and energy policies, and project implementation for low-carbon development. Previously, he served as Technology Director at Argentina’s Secretariat of Energy and earlier held senior roles within Total and Shell in Europe, Africa, and South America.
