        Alternative Fuels Law 4439/2016

        Law 4439/2016 incorporates Directive 2014/94/EU into Greek legislation, focusing on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure, including hydrogen.         Federal Act on the Supervision and Transparency of Wholesale Energy Markets

        Federal act on the promotion of renewable hydrogen production

        The federal act includes provisions for hydrogen with the objective of achieving climate neutrality by 2040, aiming to install 1 GW of electrolysis capacity for renewable hydrogen production by 2030, and allocating up to 400 million euros over 10 years through competitive auctions for cost-effective implementation, with eligibility limited to new production facilities in Austria.

        Energy Strategy 2050

        The main goal of the Danish 2050 Energy Strategy is to achieve 100% independence from fossil fuel in the national energy mix by 2050.
