This law establishes that all hydrocarbon resources, essential infrastructure and information acquired or produced in oil operations are the exclusive property of the state (Art.10). Funding guideline to support the export of German hydrogen technologies
The funding guideline for the provision of financial support to international hydrogen projects was published in the Federal Gazette and entered into force on 4 October. The goal is to set up a global market for green hydrogen, by using German technology abroad. Funding can be granted for 25-45% of eligible costs, with a ceiling funding amount of EUR 14 million per project. The funding guideline sets EUR 150 million per year as a budget.
