Electric vehicle and charging infrastructure tax deductions under the MIA programme
Fully electric cars with CO2 emissions of 0 gr / km are eligible for 27% MIA under code D 3110. The charging station can be reported separately under code F 3720 if the investment amount exceeds € 2,500. The charging station can also be called with the e-car if the investment amount is less than € 2,500 and the maximum amount to be reported has not yet been reached. For code D 3110, the maximum amount to be reported is € 40,000 per vehicle (including charging station). The MIA scheme will expire in 2020 for business drivers…

IEA Members reaffirm support for IEA-Ukraine Collaboration Programme

Temporary levy on energy companies
In order to finance consumer support measures enacted in response to the energy price crisis, the French government implemented from 2023 a temporary levy on energy companies. As authorized by EU rules, the levy will apply to oil refinery benefits ( subject to a with a 33% taxation rate ), and is expected to generate revenues close to EUR 200 million. Benefits made by power producers beyond certain threshold, defined by energy source, will also be taxed, with expected revenues amounting to EUR 11 billion in 2023.

GIS: Extended use of renewable energy sources for the generation of energy and reconstruction of district heating networks I, II
The goal of this measure, financed from the CO2 quota sales, is to rise the percentage of renewable energy in the overall energy production and to lower the level of pollution coming from the production of energy.
Three activities are supported: construction of combined generation plants that are based on renewable energy, reconstruction of boiler houses, reconstuction of district heating networks to lower the amount of energy lost through it.
Currently around 60 projects have been financed through this scheme. The scheme is focused on investments as only 3,95% of the funds are to be used for "soft" activities… -

Investment for the future - infrastructure
As part of the “Investment for the Future” program, ADEME supports electromobility through a fund dedicated to local authorities willing to deploy charging infrastructure for Plug-in vehicles. This fund has already financed fifteen projects representing more than 5,000 charging points. It was renewed on July 17th , 2014 and will end on December 31st, 2015.
