As part of the French Resilience and Recovery plan, EUR 6.7 billion were earmarked for measures specifically dedicated to energy upgrades, in an effort to reduce emissions and improve the energy efficiency in buildings. The Low Carbon Housing Programme is the successor to Sustainable Energy Irelands (SEI) House of Tomorrow Programme. It aims to support the development of new low-carbon and energy efficient housing through providing capital grants to developers.
